Warmfill cavity insulation is a bonded bead system which is blown into the cavity in new or existing properties. The special bonding agent allows the beads to flow freely until the cavity is completely filled. The adhesive then sets, forming the beads into a bonded mogeneous heat saving mass which will not shrink, crack, settle or be unduly affected by the removal of any of the outer brickwork for alterations or window replacements. It is estimated that 25% of heat is lost through an uninsulated roof. The recommended standard of roof insulation is currently at 250mm (2002 Building Regs) and many homes fall well below this level. We have 100mm, 150mm and 200mm fibreglass available to 'top up' your existing insulation. Attic insulation will reduce your heating bills considerably.
